All plated meals come with choice of salad, chef’s selection of starch (green chile & cheddar mashed
potatoes or garlic mashed potatoes or roasted yukon potatoes or rice & grain medley), seasonal
vegetables, choice of dessert, fresh baked rolls, fresh brewed starbucks coffee and tea.
- New York Strip: Au poivre with dijonnaise demi-glace
- Sautéed El Pollo Relleno: Fresh breast of chicken topped with monetary jack cheese and green chile mornay sauce
- Vegetarian / Vegan Option |: Grilled vegetable stack with portobello mushroom served with a red pepper sauce
